The Hartford has introduced a new mobile application designed to streamline access to home and auto insurance management.

This app facilitates a user-friendly login experience through Face or Touch ID, eliminating the need to memorize passwords. Once logged in, users can benefit from various features, including:

• Digital ID Cards: Easily access your Auto ID cards on the go or save them for future use. Options are available for downloading to your phone or storing in your Apple Wallet.
• Billing Management: Review and settle your insurance bills efficiently within the app.
• Policy Summary Overview: Access detailed information regarding your coverage from any location.

Additionally, the app provides seamless access to the full mobile website, allowing users to manage all aspects of their home and auto policies without requiring a subsequent login:

• Claim Initiation: Start a claim directly from the app.
• Claim Tracking: Monitor the status and payments related to ongoing claims.
• Automatic Bill Pay Setup: Establish automatic payments for convenience.
• Policy Adjustments: Make modifications to your policy or vehicle details as needed.

Please note that some in-app features may not be available to all customers until summer 2025. In the interim, full online access to your policies is available through both computer and mobile website platforms.
